Cancellations & Refunds Policy

At ZestOfMusic, we are committed to providing high-quality digital piano courses and mentorship. We have established the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds to ensure clarity for our valued students.
1. Recorded Piano Classes (Digital Courses)
Due to the immediate, digital nature of our recorded piano classes, we have a strict no-refund policy. Once you purchase a course and access is granted to the digital materials, the sale is considered final.
- All Sales Are Final: We do not offer refunds or credits for the purchase of our digital courses.
- Preview Content: We encourage you to review any available preview content or course descriptions before making a purchase to ensure the course meets your needs.
2. 1-on-1 Mentorship Programs
Our mentorship programs involve the dedicated time of our expert mentors. Therefore, cancellations and refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellation by Student: If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a 1-on-1 mentorship program, you must notify us in writing at least 48 hours before your first scheduled session to be eligible for a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours before the first scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.
- Rescheduling a Session: To reschedule a single mentorship session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice directly to your mentor. Failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited without a refund.
- No-Shows: If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice (a "no-show"), the session will be considered completed, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
3. How to Request a Cancellation (for Mentorship)
To cancel your mentorship program and request a refund (if eligible), please send an email to our support team with your full name, the email address used for purchase, and the name of the mentorship program.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional situations can occur. Refund requests that fall outside of this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of ZestOfMusic. Such exceptions are not guaranteed.
